time.

ohthewoes:

I find it strange how what feels like giant phases in our lives, tend to only be weeks or months.

I find it strange that years pass like minutes, and memories seem like yesterday, but after a certain amount of time some things slip centuries away.

I find it strange that in a hard time the moment feels like hours, but in a happy moment it is merely seconds.

They say time heals, I say time makes us into the person who knows how to deal with life.

“Date someone who meets you half way. Date someone who brings you a glass a water when they get themselves one. Date someone who makes sure you don’t spend money on ridiculous things. Date someone your ex hates and your mom loves. Date someone who’d rather spend a Friday night watching movies, than out with 50 people they barely even talk to. Date someone who sleeps on your chest and leaves a little puddle of drool. Don’t date someone who makes you leave oceans of tears.”

“1. Do not say “I love you” if you do not mean it.
2. Do not date someone just to make another person jealous.
3. Do not cheat.
4. Do not lie, not even about little insignificant things.
5. Do not date someone just because someone else is unavailable at the moment.
6. Do not play with someone’s emotions.
7. Just be a decent fucking person.”

“Part of me wants to drop out of college and go travel the world.
Part of me wants to work really hard in college and change the world.
Part of me wants to not work hard at all and marry some rich guy.
And the other 97% of me just wants to sleep.”

the brilliant thing about being a woman is that I’m punished for both trusting and distrusting men!

I should magically know which man is going to harm me by having a brief conversation with him. if I trust Bad Men, then, well. I should’ve known.

if I don’t trust Nice Men though, I’m an utter bitch who deserves violence. don’t I know most men are good people?

I’m sayin doe….

“Your name hurts.”

“If you are not ready for her to call you at 3 AM freaking out, if you cannot handle her at her worst, if you only crave for her curves and not her mind, if you cannot deal with her mood swings and if you want her just for sex stay the fuck away.”
